MPSI are a privately owned UK Limited company established in 2004. We specify, develop and supply highly competitive, quality ranges of electronic connectors and power entry modules. We partner manufacturing facilities globally, largely in Asia and support clients from design concept through to volume production.

MPSI has decades of expertise in the management and import of our products. With direct manufacturing supply, we do not add layers of administration, cost and margin commonplace with many other well known connector suppliers and distributors. We provide you with competitive advantage, value, reliability and service.

All products are fully warrantied for 12 months subject to our terms of sale (available upon request & from our website).

We sell primarily to industry but can equally support educational establishments and local government. We do not sell to the general public at this time.

Yes, we sell internationally and can ship on our courier account (chargeable – please contact us for pricing) or ship using your nominated courier account.

Many products on our website have datasheets. In instances where a datasheet or specification isn't readily available we will do all we can to support your interest therefore please do contact us by phone, email (sales@mpsiconnex.com) or through our website and we will endeavour to provide as quickly as possible.

No, we do not impose minimum order values.

No, we do not routinely impose these, but sometimes need to sell product in pack quantities due to packaging and handling considerations. Similarly, if non-stocked parts are required which must be supplied from manufacturing, minimum pack quantities may apply. If applicable we will always make this information clear at time of quotation.

Stocked product typically ships the same day where orders are received by 2pm. Non stocked products are typically: Standard Cables upto 2-3 days, Connectors upto 4-6 weeks, Power Entry Modules upto 6 weeks. These are estimated delivery times, may be subject to variation but are confirmed at time of quotation and order acknowledgement.

Many companies provide free or subsidised carriage but recoup these costs and more in their selling prices. We are more transparent, provide genuine value for money in our product but charge carriage to cover our costs. Carriage is typically upto £12.50 per shipment (UK mainland). Small packages may be charged more economically and heavy consignments may occur additional charges. Carriage charges are confirmed at time of quotation and/or order acknowledgement. For volume business customers requiring special carriage arrangements, please contact us to discuss. For shipments outside of the UK we can ship on our courier account (chargeable – please contact us for pricing) or ship using your nominated courier account.

For UK shipments we typically ship UPS Standard or Royal Mail. We also provide optional pre-9am/12pm/2pm deliveries. Please contact us for pricing on timed deliveries.

Yes, we are happy to ship to alternate destinations authorised by you.

Yes, we sell in all the main global currencies, including USD, EURO, CNY, JPY.

MPSI can accept bank to bank transfer payments or payments to our PayPal account. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments at this time.

Yes, all companies, educational establishments and local government are eligible to apply for a credit account. Please contact us or download our credit application form from our website ‘About Us’ page. All applications are subject to routine checks and we reserve the right to decline certain applications. Where approved, an account number and credit limit will be provided, subject to MPSI terms of sale.

Yes. We want to ensure customers can test suitability for their application. Subject to stock availability and eligibility MPSI can ship (usually by Royal Mail) a limited number of samples free of charge. In instances where we do not have stock, sample delivery may be subject to short lead-time while we ship product in from our manufacturing facilities.

Due to the cost of shipping internationally, overseas customers will usually be asked to provide courier account details for shipping purposes.

In the very rare event that incorrect, damaged or faulty goods are received, MPSI may replace, credit or refund such goods provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery, or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time and within the warranty period. Please note MPSI can not accept returns to us without prior agreement and only once we have issued an RMA. Please see our terms and conditions (7.6, 7.7 and 7.8) for more details.

Please note that no orders can be cancelled or returned without our prior agreement. In the event of customer order cancellation, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of order value for stock held by us or for which we cannot cancel delivery from our supplier. In instances of part cancellation by the Buyer, we shall be entitled to re-calculate the price for the remaining part of the order as if it constituted the whole order, and to re-invoice the Buyer accordingly. If a return is agreed by us (other than for defective goods), the Buyer may be charged a handling charge by us of 30% of invoice value, plus VAT. Cancelled goods must be returned at the Buyer’s expense in original condition and packaging.
