Sorry but we do not sell to the general public at this time.

All products are fully warrantied for 12 months subject to our terms of sale (available upon request & from our website).

We ship internationally using either our courier (chargeable, please request a quotation) or your nominated courier account.

MPSI do not impose minimum order values at present.

We do not routinely impose MOQ's, but sometimes need to operate to factory pack quantities, packaging and handling considerations.
If applicable we will always make this information clear at time of quotation.

Stocked product typically ships same day (orders received by 2pm).
Products not in stock are typically 4-6 weeks.
Delivery times may be subject to variation but are confirmed at time of quotation and order acknowledgement.

UK Mainland Carriage is usually upto £12.50 per shipment but large/bulky consignments may occur additional charges.
Volume Customers requiring special arrangements - please contact us to discuss.
International Customers - we can ship on our courier account (chargeable, please request a quotation) or your nominated courier account.

UK shipments are usually shipped by UPS Standard.
Standard carriage delivery is by close of business day.
Timed UPS deliveries are available upon request (chargeable, please request a quotation).

MPSI are happy to ship to alternate destinations authorised by customers.

We sell in all the main global currencies, including USD, EURO, CNY, JPY.

MPSI can accept bank to bank transfers and PayPal payments.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments at this time.

Credit accounts are available subject to credit application.

Subject to stock availability* MPSI is happy to provide a limited number of samples free of charge.
*Sample delivery may be subject to short lead-time if product is out of stock.
UK (mainland) Customers - samples ship free of charge.
International Customers - we ask that samples ship on customer courier account due to international shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that incorrect, damaged or faulty goods are received, MPSI may replace, credit or refund goods provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery, or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time and within the warranty period.
We ask that customers only ship returns with prior agreement and following issue of RMA by us.

Please note that no orders can be cancelled or returned without our prior agreement.
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of order value for stock held by us or for which we cannot cancel from our manufacturer.
Cancelled goods must be returned at the Buyer’s expense in original condition and packaging.
